Consultant Project Manager, Mimica

Current project is managing the setup of Registration Authority for the 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Trust. Other projects include an extensive knowledge audit for BAE SYSTEMS looking at Continuous Improvement on Eurofighter, providing a seminar on knowledge mapping for Pfizer and providing training in knowledge mapping and consultancy for Philips Lighting.

2000- 2002

Director, Cogsys Ltd.

Cogsys supplied process automation solutions to a wide variety of blue chip clients and partners in the UK and overseas. Reporting to the chairman I had full P+L responsibility for my division. Clients included Servelec (project for Singapore Government), Bombardier Transportation, National Air Traffic Services, South West water, Aylesford Newsprint, United Utilities, RAC and Advantica.

1996- 2000

Divisional Manager, Cogsys Ltd.

Reporting to the Managing Director, I managed all aspects of operations for a division of 15 people, including training, consultancy, product development and sales & marketing. Clients included The Innovations Group, United Utilities, MTRC (Hong Kong), Yorkshire Water, Corus and the Highways Agency.

1990- 1996

Senior Consultant, Cogsys Ltd.

Joined the company on secondment from British Gas and transferred permanently after 18 months. Reporting to the Managing Director I was responsible for identifying, developing and delivering new applications of our product in order to establish and grow the market. Clients included BHP Steels (Australia), NTL, AWE, British Gas, Corus, BP, BT, Avesta and Zeneca.

1987- 1990

Senior Engineer, Advanced Controls Group, British Gas plc

Project managed the test site for the COGSYS real-time expert system as part of a collaborative project involving 35 blue chip companies.
