Our team

Steve has a D.Phil in geophysics from the University of York. He is an expert in health information governance, particularly role based access control in the National Health Service. He has worked as a lead consultant on a wide range of projects covering knowledge based systems, advanced simulation and fault diagnosis and optimisation. He is also an experienced web software developer with skills in client and server-side deployment.

In his spare time he is a keen mountain bike rider, swimmer and photographer.

Sushma has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Aston University, is a versatile chartered Chemical Engineer and a Fellow of IChemE. She has a wide range of experience covering industrial process development, design, scale up, process understanding, structured thinking, project management, simulation, commissioning and plant operations. Over the years she has worked in the gas, nuclear, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, agrochemical and water treatment sectors.

When she is not working she loves gardening, entertaining family and friends with her fantastic cooking and travel.

Rees is currently half way through his M.Eng. in Engineering Science at Oxford University. He helps us out working part-time on admin, marketing and software testing.

Rees' passion is music and he is a great guitar player, having won many guitar competitions along the way, and more recently has been proving he can sing along too.
